This 51 year-old female presented with right breast ductal carcinoma in situ. The patient also reported discomfort from large breasts and desired a smaller breast volume. She underwent right breast skin-sparing mastectomy and simultaneous right breast deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction. She also underwent a left breast reduction for symmetry to the right breast reconstruction. Nipple reconstruction and micropigmentation (3D nipple and areola tattooing) was performed on the right breast.
