This 47 year-old female presented with right breast invasive ductal carcinoma. She underwent right breast skin-sparing mastectomy and simultaneous right breast stacked deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction. The patient had asymmetry and ptosis (drooping) of both breasts that was corrected with a mastopexy (breast lift) of the reconstructed right breast and the native (unaffected) left breast. Nipple and areola reconstruction was performed on the right breast.
