This 62 year-old female presented with strong family history of breast cancer and an ATM gene mutation making her susceptible to breast cancer. The patient underwent a preventative bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy and simultaneous deep inferior epigastric artery perforator (DIEP) flap reconstruction.
