For your health, doctors on Long Island used an innovative surgery to help a breast cancer patient. Forty-six year old, Stacy Dunn, had a double mastectomy last summer. She didn't want artificial breast implants because she was worried about adverse health effects and doctors said she didn't have enough excess fat on her body for a typical breast reconstruction. So her surgeon at Northwell Hospital opted to use her so-called love handles to transfer tissue making the reconstruction possible.
"The fact that I look so natural. I feel natural. I feel great. This- Its a permanent fix for me. I mean, it's amazing, blown away that surgeons could do something like this."
