The patient is a 54 year old female whith Poland's Syndrome who has had 2 previous silicone implants placed in the right breast for correction of the deformity.The ruptured silicone implant was removed and a DIEP flap placed all through the lateral incision. Later the skin island placed was remove. The scar is well hidden by the arm.
