The Staff
My practice and office staff is small and friendly. We know every one of our patients. We know their family and in many cases have treated other members in the family. I strongly believe that we are not a "mill" for breast reconstruction. My interest is in doing the best reconstruction possible and not the most reconstructions. My staff and I take great pride in the work and care that we provide.
Kelly is our physician's assistant. She has 12 years of experience in medicine and has spent most of her time working with plastic surgeons. She helps to care for patients in the office and in the operating room at the hospital.
Janet is the practice administrator. She brings over 20 years of experience in medical management, insurance billing, and contracting. She counsels each patient on the finances of surgery and works directly with insurance carriers on reimbursement issues including appeals.
Laura is our surgical scheduling coordinator and medical assistant for Dr. Keller. She counsels each patient about pre-surgical testing and schedules your procedure. Laura works with your doctor's office to coordinate efforts and has been known to make the impossible happen.
Victoria is in charge of the front desk as well as obtaining surgical and testing authorizations. She assists with the medical billing as well.
